David McNally serves as Chief Executive Officer of Xenocor. He brings more than 40 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry, with a strong track record of building and scaling innovative companies, advancing commercialization strategies, and delivering technologies that improve patient care.

Prior to joining Xenocor, Mr. McNally held senior executive and CEO roles across multiple medical device organizations, where he led the development and commercialization of minimally invasive surgical technologies and other high-growth product platforms. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operational execution, and global market expansion, with a focus on translating breakthrough technologies into successful clinical and commercial outcomes.

Mr. McNally holds an MBA from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College. He is co-inventor on over 40 U.S. and international patents associated with robotic assisted surgical systems, ferromagnetic surgical devices and systems, electromagnetic and ultrasonic sensors, and medical fluid delivery systems.
